What you'll do

As a Senior Engineer on the Storage Layer Services team, you will play a pivotal role in re-architecting the MongoDB Cloud Storage Layer — your contributions will directly impact the efficiency and scalability of our storage services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement distributed storage solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers.

You will be responsible for developing and optimizing storage services that support multi-tenant architectures — your expertise will help ensure that our solutions are not only performant but also secure and reliable. You will engage in code reviews and provide mentorship to junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.
