You have a strong background in data analysis, with experience in reporting and dashboarding that enables you to turn complex data into clear, actionable narratives. Your proficiency in SQL allows you to manipulate and analyze data effectively, ensuring that insights are both reliable and impactful. You excel in cross-functional collaboration, working closely with teams in Finance, Marketing, and Product to standardize KPIs and operationalize a single source of truth. Your exceptional storytelling skills enable you to communicate data-driven insights to leadership, driving decisions that enhance the health of the consumer business.

As a Data Analyst at Upside, you will own the end-to-end reporting process for the Consumer organization, delivering reliable weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews. You will create and maintain “mission control” dashboards that provide a fast, cohesive read on performance, ensuring that all stakeholders have access to the insights they need. Your role will involve standardizing KPIs across departments, allowing for a unified approach to measuring success. You will collaborate with various teams to operationalize data insights, ensuring that decisions are informed by accurate and timely information.
