What you'll do

As a Staff Design Engineer at Vanta, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our GRC product. You will collaborate with multiple teams to deliver solutions that not only meet user needs but also align with Vanta's mission of continuous security monitoring. Your responsibilities will include elevating the product's design and functionality, ensuring that it is intuitive and user-friendly. You will work closely with designers to refine the visual aspects of the product while also collaborating with engineers to implement these designs effectively. Your role will require you to be scrappy and innovative, finding solutions that may not be readily available within existing design systems. You will contribute to the development of streamlined workflows that help customers scale their compliance programs, leveraging AI assistance where applicable.
