Carvana is seeking an Auto Painter to join their team in Framingham, MA. You'll be responsible for priming vehicles, performing final sanding, and executing paint jobs. This role requires a minimum of 1 year of professional automotive painting experience.
You have at least 1 year of professional automotive painting experience and are eager to join a fast-growing company like Carvana. You understand the importance of precision in your work and take pride in delivering high-quality results. You are comfortable using state-of-the-art tools and are ready to contribute to a team that values skill development and career growth. You possess a valid driver’s license and can communicate effectively in English, ensuring smooth collaboration with your colleagues.
While not required, any additional experience in paint mixing, buffing, or airbrush techniques would be a plus. You are open to learning and adapting to new methods and technologies in automotive painting, which will help you excel in your role at Carvana.
As an Auto Painter at Carvana, you will be responsible for preparing vehicles for painting by priming and performing final sanding. You will mix paints to achieve the desired color and finish, ensuring that each vehicle meets Carvana's high standards. Your role will also involve buffing and touch-up work to perfect the final appearance of the vehicles. You will work in a high-tech Inspection Center, utilizing advanced tools and equipment to enhance your efficiency and effectiveness.
