Entrata is seeking a Talent Sourcer to collaborate with Technical Talent Partners in building a pipeline of world-class talent for their Engineering teams. This role requires strategic thinking and creativity in talent acquisition.
You are a highly motivated innovator with a passion for talent acquisition. You thrive in a competitive environment and are driven by the challenge of identifying and cultivating a pipeline of both passive and active talent. Your strategic mindset allows you to execute on a talent acquisition strategy tailored for various technical roles. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to collaborate effectively with Technical Talent Partners and other stakeholders.
Experience in sourcing for technical roles is a plus, as is familiarity with the latest trends in talent acquisition. You are adaptable and can think outside the box to attract top talent in a competitive market.
As a Talent Sourcer at Entrata, you will play a crucial role in building a strong talent pipeline for our Engineering teams. You will collaborate closely with Technical Talent Partners to understand the specific needs of the engineering roles and develop targeted sourcing strategies. Your responsibilities will include researching and identifying potential candidates through various channels, including social media, networking events, and industry conferences. You will engage with candidates to assess their fit for the roles and maintain a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
You will also be responsible for tracking and reporting on sourcing metrics to measure the effectiveness of your strategies. By leveraging data and insights, you will continuously refine your approach to ensure we attract the best talent available. You will participate in team meetings to share insights and collaborate on improving our overall talent acquisition strategy.
