What you'll do

In this role, you will lead automation testing initiatives within the Public Safety R&D engineering team at NICE. You will design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks that improve test efficiency and reliability. Your responsibilities will include owning and implementing automation strategies that align with release and quality goals, ensuring that testing processes are robust and effective.

You will collaborate closely with development and QA teams to ensure that test coverage meets functional, non-functional, and risk-based testing needs. Your role will involve performing risk assessments and driving test coverage planning based on industry standards. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining representative test environments and test data pipelines for all types of tests.

As part of your duties, you will identify gaps in regression coverage, update impacted test cases, and optimize execution suites to enhance testing outcomes. You will take ownership of test execution, maintenance, and automation governance, including integrating automation into CI/CD pipelines. Your troubleshooting skills will be essential as you work to resolve complex defects and guide resolution efforts across development and testing stakeholders.
