Overview

PointClickCare is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to manage client partnerships and optimize the use of their solutions. This role requires a business consulting background and enterprise knowledge to engage with C-level clients effectively.

Who you are

You have a strong background in customer success management, ideally with experience in enterprise-level engagements. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with clients is exceptional, and you understand the importance of ensuring they derive maximum value from the solutions provided. You possess a business consulting background that enables you to navigate complex client needs and drive engagement at the C-level. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate value propositions clearly and effectively. You are comfortable working in a remote environment and are willing to travel to various client locations as required. You thrive in a collaborative setting and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding service.

Desirable

Experience in the healthcare technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with PointClickCare’s solutions. You may also have a track record of successfully managing multiple client accounts simultaneously, demonstrating your organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for helping clients succeed will set you apart in this role.

What you'll do

As a Senior Customer Success Manager at PointClickCare, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of enterprise clients, ensuring they are fully utilizing and optimizing PointClickCare’s solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through their journey and helping them achieve their business objectives. Your role will involve regular check-ins with clients to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for further engagement. Additionally, you will develop and deliver training sessions to help clients understand the full capabilities of the solutions available to them.
