PointClickCare is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager to manage client partnerships and optimize the use of their solutions. This role requires a business consulting background and enterprise knowledge to engage with C-level clients effectively.
You have a strong background in customer success management, ideally with experience in enterprise-level engagements. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with clients is exceptional, and you understand the importance of ensuring they derive maximum value from the solutions provided. You possess a business consulting background that enables you to navigate complex client needs and drive engagement at the C-level. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to articulate value propositions clearly and effectively. You are comfortable working in a remote environment and are willing to travel to various client locations as required. You thrive in a collaborative setting and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding service.
Experience in the healthcare technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with PointClickCare’s solutions. You may also have a track record of successfully managing multiple client accounts simultaneously, demonstrating your organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for helping clients succeed will set you apart in this role.
