What you'll do

As the Safety Manager at Rowan Digital Infrastructure, you will lead the end-to-end construction safety for data center projects, ensuring that all safety protocols are adhered to from development through to final execution. You will work closely with the Senior Regional Safety Manager to implement safety strategies and conduct regular site inspections to identify potential hazards. Your role will involve training and mentoring team members on safety practices and ensuring that all personnel are equipped with the necessary knowledge to maintain a safe working environment. You will also be responsible for reporting safety incidents and developing action plans to prevent future occurrences. Your ability to communicate effectively with project teams will be crucial in promoting a culture of safety and compliance across all project phases.

What we offer

Rowan Digital Infrastructure offers a competitive salary range of $130,000 to $165,000, along with a bonus plan.
