Senior Content Marketer

Who you are

You have a strong background in content marketing, with at least 5 years of experience in creating and executing content strategies that drive user engagement and conversions. You understand the importance of a metrics mindset — you care about conversions, not applause. Your experience includes working with open-source or developer-facing products, and you have familiarity with security, compliance, and deployment narratives. You are skilled in creating comparison and switch content in competitive categories, and you have prior work on templates, documentation, or product education.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing content marketing strategies that align with Plane's mission to empower teams with a delightful work management experience. You will collaborate closely with product management to understand roadmaps and packaging inputs, ensuring that your content resonates with both new and power users. You will work with product design to craft product narratives and UX-led messaging that effectively communicates the value of Plane's offerings. Additionally, you will partner with engineering to ensure that your content reflects the shipping reality and constraints of the product. Your role will also involve working with sales to create enablement materials that address mid-market and enterprise evaluation objections.
