Who you are

You are a motivated and customer-focused individual with a passion for leading teams in a fast-paced environment. As an Area Manager, you will oversee a team of hourly employees, ensuring that safety, quality, attendance, and performance are maintained at the highest levels. You understand the importance of delivering customer orders accurately and on time, and you are committed to meeting customer expectations. You possess strong organizational skills and the ability to plan and manage workflows effectively. You are also adept at identifying areas for operational improvement and implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for managing the delivery operations at the Saitama delivery station. You will plan the sorting and shipping of incoming products and develop delivery routes to optimize efficiency. Your responsibilities will include managing staff schedules and ensuring that operations run smoothly throughout the shifts. You will collaborate with senior area managers to develop overall staffing and operational plans, ensuring that sorting and delivery processes are executed without delays. Additionally, you will focus on continuous improvement initiatives to enhance safety, quality, and productivity within the operations team. You will conduct regular meetings with your team to discuss performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.
