LaunchDarkly is seeking a Regional Director, Strategic Sales to drive revenue growth within enterprise accounts across the Eastern or Western US. This role requires strong leadership in navigating complex sales cycles and a strategic mindset.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly within the SaaS ecosystem, with at least 5 years of experience leading strategic sales initiatives. Your ability to build and maintain multi-threaded relationships with key stakeholders in Fortune 1000 companies sets you apart. You possess a strategic mindset and can navigate complex deal cycles with ease, demonstrating strong executive presence and communication skills.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at developing regional strategies that expand the company's footprint. Your experience in managing high-growth strategic accounts has equipped you with the skills to exceed multi-million-dollar quotas. You understand the importance of aligning sales strategies with the broader business objectives and can effectively lead teams to achieve these goals.

Desirable

Experience in feature management platforms or similar technology sectors is a plus. Familiarity with engineering and DevOps processes will enhance your ability to connect with clients and understand their needs. A background in leading teams and mentoring sales professionals will be beneficial as you guide your team towards success.
