Block is seeking a Product Partnerships Manager to lead impactful product and technology partnerships that enhance seller efficiency and growth. This role focuses on supporting Canadian sellers and the Square product ecosystem.
You have a strong background in managing product partnerships, ideally within the technology or financial services sectors. Your experience includes collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive product initiatives that benefit users and enhance operational efficiency. You understand the nuances of the Canadian market and are passionate about helping sellers thrive through innovative solutions.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to build relationships with partners and stakeholders effectively. You are adept at analyzing market trends and identifying opportunities for collaboration that align with business goals. Your strategic mindset allows you to navigate complex partnership landscapes and deliver results that drive growth.
Experience in the payments or e-commerce industry is a plus, as is familiarity with omnichannel solutions. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering value to sellers.
In this role, you will lead high-impact product partnerships that enhance the Square ecosystem for Canadian sellers. You will work closely with product teams to identify and develop partnerships that align with our strategic objectives. Your responsibilities will include conducting market research to understand seller needs and identifying potential partners that can provide complementary solutions.
You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure that partnership initiatives are integrated effectively into the Square product offerings. This includes working with engineering, marketing, and sales teams to develop go-to-market strategies that maximize the impact of new partnerships. You will also be responsible for monitoring partnership performance and making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Your role will involve engaging with external partners to negotiate agreements and establish mutually beneficial relationships. You will represent Square at industry events and conferences, showcasing our partnership initiatives and building our brand presence in the market.
