Overview

Xometry is seeking a Senior Account Executive to manage and grow a portfolio of key accounts in procurement. You'll leverage your expertise in enterprise-level sales cycles and complex contract negotiations to build relationships with procurement leaders. This role requires a deep understanding of the procurement process and strategic account management.

Who you are

You have 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, particularly in managing key accounts and navigating complex procurement processes. Your ability to build strong relationships with procurement leaders and sourcing managers sets you apart, as you understand the intricacies of their needs from prototype parts to production requirements. You are results-oriented and thrive in a strategic role where you can influence and drive business growth. Your expertise in contract negotiations and understanding of enterprise-level sales cycles allows you to secure long-term, profitable partnerships. You are adept at identifying new business opportunities within existing accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. You have a proven track record of developing and executing strategic account plans that exceed sales targets and business objectives.

Desirable

Experience in the manufacturing industry or a related field would be a plus, as it would enhance your ability to connect with clients and understand their specific needs. Familiarity with digital marketplaces and the ability to leverage technology to improve sales processes can also be beneficial. A strong analytical mindset will help you in leading quarterly business reviews and assessing account performance effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of strategic accounts, ensuring that you maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
