Who you are

You have experience in a design role, ideally as a brand, visual, or communication designer, with a portfolio that showcases your strong visual craft, creativity, and concept-driven work. Your strong creative and aesthetic judgment allows you to produce bold, original, and cohesive visual designs that resonate with audiences. You are comfortable operating in ambiguity, thriving in environments where you can take ownership and drive projects forward. You understand the importance of a coherent design aesthetic that reflects the ambition and technical depth of a product, and you are eager to contribute to building a generational company.

Desirable

Experience with open source projects or security infrastructure is a plus, as is familiarity with marketing design across various platforms. You are adaptable and can pivot between different design tasks, from digital assets to physical marketing materials. Your ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and developer experience, will be essential in delivering high-quality work across a wide range of brand and marketing surfaces.

What you'll do

As the Founding Designer at Infisical, you will own and define the visual identity of the company, translating abstract ideas into narrative-rich visuals. You will propose creative directions and ensure consistency and craft in everything the company puts into the world. Your responsibilities will include designing the landing page, conference booths, presentations, merchandise, blog designs, and other marketing assets. You will work closely with a co-founder and collaborate with the Marketing, Sales, and Developer Experience teams to deliver impactful designs that align with the company's mission and goals.

You will be challenged to grow fast and take ownership of your projects, solving tough problems and contributing to the overall success of the company. Your role will involve not only creating designs but also establishing a coherent brand strategy that reflects the technical depth of Infisical's product offerings. You will have the opportunity to shape the visual narrative of a company that is making significant strides in the security infrastructure space.
