You are a true team player, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams including Support, Design, Engineering, and Product Marketing. You possess strong communication skills, enabling you to articulate Figma's value proposition to diverse stakeholders.

Experience in the design or technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with SaaS products. You have a passion for design and collaboration tools, and you are excited about the opportunity to shape the future of how teams work together. A background in working with Fortune 1000 customers will set you apart, as you understand their unique needs and challenges.

What you'll do

As the Manager of Enterprise Sales at Figma, you will lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives, guiding them in building and maintaining relationships with our existing customer base and potential clients. You will be responsible for developing sales strategies that align with Figma's mission to make design accessible to all. Your role will involve mentoring your team, helping them to achieve their sales targets while fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
