You'll work with technologies related to speech/audio, reinforcement learning, and ML infrastructure. This position requires 8+ years of experience in software development and a strong background in machine learning.
You have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, along with 8 years of experience in software development. Your expertise includes 5 years of experience with speech/audio technologies, reinforcement learning, or ML infrastructure, and you have a proven track record of leading ML design and optimizing ML infrastructure. You are skilled in testing and launching software products, with 3 years of experience in software design and architecture. Your background also includes 8 years of experience with data structures and algorithms, and you have spent 3 years in a technical leadership role, guiding project teams and setting technical direction.
You thrive in complex, matrixed organizations and enjoy collaborating across cross-functional teams. Your experience in managing project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables makes you an effective leader. You are passionate about developing next-generation technologies that impact billions of users and are eager to bring fresh ideas from various fields, including information retrieval, distributed computing, and artificial intelligence.

You will be responsible for developing and deploying machine learning models, ensuring they are robust and scalable. You will also engage in debugging and fine-tuning models to enhance performance and reliability.
