Paytm is hiring a Sales Manager for their Paytm Ads division to drive advertising solutions for businesses. You'll engage with clients and manage key business metrics while utilizing skills in Google Ads and Facebook Ads.
You have a strong background in advertising sales, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. You are adept at building relationships with clients and have a proven track record of driving revenue through effective advertising solutions. Your ability to adapt recommendations to suit varying client needs is one of your key strengths. You are comfortable presenting to CXOs and have experience navigating complex relationships in the advertising industry. You understand the importance of data-driven decision-making and can leverage insights to optimize advertising campaigns. You are a proactive communicator who can articulate Paytm's advertising solutions clearly and effectively.
In this role, you will become an expert in Paytm Ads solutions, working closely with clients of all sizes to understand their advertising needs. You will own end-to-end key business metrics, including ads revenue, and lead strategic conversations with clients to ensure their objectives are met. You will build a strong pipeline of media briefs and respond with customized pitches and proposals that align with client goals. Collaborating with the campaign delivery and optimization team, you will monitor and deliver expected results to advertisers, ensuring their campaigns are successful. Your role will also involve presenting Paytm's advertising solutions to industry leaders and building a strong presence for Paytm Ads in the market.
