You'll collaborate with customers to resolve issues and improve integration processes. This role requires experience in mobile development and strong problem-solving skills.
You have a solid background in mobile development, particularly with Android, and possess strong problem-solving skills that enable you to assist customers effectively. Your experience includes working with REST APIs, allowing you to understand and troubleshoot integration issues seamlessly. You are comfortable communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, ensuring clarity in your interactions. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineering teams to resolve customer inquiries and improve support resources. Your attention to detail helps you maintain and update technical documentation, ensuring that it remains relevant and useful for both customers and internal teams.
