Databricks is seeking a Senior Strategic Account Executive to drive growth in the Digital Native sector. You'll be responsible for building relationships with key customers and closing multi-million dollar software deals. This role requires 7+ years of experience in sales.
You have over 7 years of experience selling complex software solutions to major organizations, particularly in the Digital Native sector. Your expertise in navigating multi-million dollar deals has equipped you with the skills to compress decision cycles and drive growth effectively. You possess a deep understanding of the products you sell, allowing you to communicate their value clearly to customers and partners. Your ability to establish C-Level relationships across various roles, including Engineering and Data Science, positions you as a trusted advisor in the industry. You are proactive in prospecting for new opportunities while also nurturing existing accounts to maximize their potential. Your leadership skills enable you to guide both customers and internal teams towards successful negotiations and outcomes.
In this role, you will be responsible for expanding Databricks' use cases within both existing and newly acquired accounts. You will develop a comprehensive understanding of your customers' businesses, identifying key data use cases and buying centers to enhance the impact of Databricks solutions. Your role will involve orchestrating efforts across Databricks teams and ecosystem partners to maximize sales effectiveness. You will document and drive the growth of Databricks usage for your customers, ensuring that all engagements provide significant value. By establishing essential relationships with C-Level executives, you will become an advocate for Databricks within their organizations, facilitating successful negotiations and long-term partnerships.
