Who you are

You have a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, particularly in a mid-market environment, where you've successfully run full sales cycles and closed new business. Your ability to engage with C-level executives and department leaders sets you apart, as you are skilled in conducting qualification calls and product demonstrations. You understand the nuances of digital transformation and change management, allowing you to act as a trusted advisor to your clients. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with marketing and technology teams to evolve sales strategies as new features and products are introduced. Your proactive approach to selling, combined with your ability to build relationships with internal champions, enables you to navigate complex sales processes effectively.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for running a full sales cycle, which includes finding new prospects from both inbound and self-sourced leads. You will engage with potential clients through qualification calls and product demonstrations, showcasing the value of the HubSpot platform. Your goal is to close both new business and install base at or above quota on a monthly basis. You will work collaboratively with HubSpot's marketing and technology departments to refine sales strategies, ensuring alignment with product updates and customer needs. As you build relationships with clients, you will focus on increasing their usage of the HubSpot platform over time, acting as a business consultant throughout the sales process. You will also have the opportunity to participate in in-person meetings and events, further enhancing your client relationships and understanding of their needs.
