Smartsheet is seeking a Senior Payroll Analyst to manage end-to-end payroll operations across multiple regions, ensuring accuracy and compliance. This role requires a proactive mindset for automation and process improvement.
You are an experienced Senior Payroll Analyst with a proactive mindset for automation and process improvement. You have a strong understanding of payroll operations and compliance, and you thrive in a high-growth SaaS environment. Your experience includes managing payroll for multiple regions, ensuring accuracy and an exceptional employee experience. You are detail-oriented and have a knack for driving efficiency through process enhancements. You are also comfortable collaborating with global teams and have excellent communication skills.
Experience in a similar role within a SaaS organization is a plus. Familiarity with payroll systems and tools will help you excel in this position. You may also have experience working with teams across EMEA and APAC regions, which will be beneficial as you support Smartsheet's international growth.
In this pivotal role, you will act as the first payroll team member in India, supporting Smartsheet’s international growth. You will process, reconcile, and validate payroll for over 350 EMEA employees and 200 APAC employees. Your responsibilities will include ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies while providing an exceptional employee experience. You will also drive efficiency and scalable solutions through process enhancement and automation. Collaborating closely with regional partners, you will help streamline payroll operations and improve overall processes. You will report to the Manager of International Payroll and have opportunities to work with global teams to enhance payroll practices.
