You have a strong background in data analysis and operations, with experience in processing annotations and data tasks efficiently. You are fluent in both Dutch and English, enabling you to communicate effectively in a diverse team environment. You thrive in fast-paced settings and are adept at prioritizing tasks based on business needs. Your analytical skills allow you to track and report operational metrics, ensuring that all KPIs and SLAs are met. You are a team player who enjoys collaborating with colleagues to drive process efficiencies and explore automation opportunities. In this role, you will be responsible for processing annotation and data analysis tasks, contributing to the enhancement of AI and LLMs for Amazon's shopping features. You will handle work prioritization and deliver results based on business needs, tracking and reporting on operational metrics to ensure compliance with KPIs and SLAs. You will work closely with your team members and managers to identify opportunities for process improvements and automation, striving to enhance the productivity and effectiveness of data generation and annotation processes.
