The Accounting Analyst in this position will be responsible of month end closing activities for multiple accounts, preparation of monthly/quarterly/annually reconciliations. This position will be key in the support to Accounting Leadership in all aspects of financial accounting, reporting systems, procedures and policies. On controllership front, the Accounting Analyst will ensure all processes are compliance respective Accounting Standards. This position will also play an important role in promoting systems/process development within departments to ensure ongoing efficiency and control improvements.
The successful candidate will have a strong desire to innovate processes and exceed expectations in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.- 2+ years of applying key financial performance indicators (KPIs) to analyses experience
- Knowledge of standard software including Excel, Access, Oracle, Essbase, SQL and VBA skills
- Experience using data to influence business decisions
- Experience in corporate finance including budgeting/planning, forecasting and reporting
- - 2 years of payroll experience- - Deep Knowledge of personal income tax legislation and labor law
- - Familiar with payroll software (SAP, Peoplesoft, Sharepoint, Workday, ADP software and T&A systems)
