You understand the nuances of local markets and have a proven track record of building and nurturing relationships with key stakeholders. You are a strategic thinker who can develop and execute plans that align with company goals while also being adaptable to changing market conditions. Experience in the hotel or travel sector is a plus, as is familiarity with data analysis tools that can help you identify market opportunities. A background in sales or account management would also be beneficial, as you will be working closely with hotel owners and management companies to optimize their partnerships with Airbnb.
As a Market Lead at Airbnb, you will be responsible for driving the overall performance of hotel supply in Los Angeles. This includes acquiring high-quality hotel inventory and managing relationships with hotel owners and strategic partners. You will conduct market visits and business reviews to ensure that partnerships are optimized and that both hotels and guests have a best-in-class experience. You will collaborate closely with the Senior Account Executive to analyze market trends and demand data, identifying supply gaps that can be addressed through targeted acquisition strategies. Achieving supply targets and key performance indicators will be a critical part of your role, and you will be expected to report on progress regularly.
Airbnb offers a competitive salary range of $160,000 to $200,000 USD, along with potential bonuses and equity options.
