Relativity is seeking a Quality Inspector II to ensure quality in the production of their Terran R rocket. You'll work closely with design and manufacturing teams to influence quality from the start. This role requires a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence.
You have experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment, ideally in aerospace or similar industries. You understand the importance of embedding quality into every part of the design and production process, not just inspecting at the end. Your attention to detail ensures that every component meets the highest standards before it reaches the customer. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with design, manufacturing, and test teams to influence how products are built from the start. You are proactive in identifying potential quality issues and are skilled at problem-solving to address them effectively. You are committed to continuous improvement and are always looking for ways to enhance processes and outcomes.
Experience with aerospace manufacturing processes or similar industries is a plus. Familiarity with quality management systems and standards will help you excel in this role. You may also have certifications related to quality inspection or assurance, which will further enhance your qualifications.
As a Quality Inspector II at Relativity, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the Terran R rocket meets all quality standards throughout its production lifecycle. You will work closely with the engineering and manufacturing teams to embed quality practices into every stage of the design and production process. Your responsibilities will include conducting inspections, performing tests, and documenting findings to ensure compliance with specifications. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues, providing insights that influence design and manufacturing decisions. Your contributions will help shape the quality culture within the organization, ensuring that every product delivered to customers reflects the high standards of Relativity.
At Relativity, you will be part of a pioneering team that is redefining the aerospace industry. We offer a competitive salary range of $27.41—$35.48 per hour, along with opportunities for professional growth and development. You will work in a dynamic environment where your contributions will have a direct impact on the success of our projects.
