You are an individual who thrives in operations and has experience working in live ops environments. You know how to stay calm, focused, and effective, especially when things get messy or ambiguous. You communicate with clarity, whether you're logging bugs, writing SOPs, or training new team members. You are resourceful when solving problems in new settings and are comfortable navigating the unknown. You obsess over the details and care about executing with accuracy, consistency, and a high bar for quality.
What you'll do
As an Operations Associate at DoorDash Labs, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our drone operations. You will monitor data and dashboards to spot trends, identify issues, and support decisions with actionable insights. You will help test and implement new workflows, contribute to operational playbooks, and provide on-the-ground support during site launches. Your role will involve regular in-person collaboration at active drone delivery sites, allowing you to directly impact the future of drone delivery.
