Overview

InterSystems is seeking an HR Manager to lead HR activities across their French offices. You'll implement compliant HR practices and support employee development. This role requires experience in HR management and knowledge of French labor law.

You are an experienced HR Manager with a strong background in leading HR activities within a multinational organization. You have a deep understanding of French labor law and are committed to implementing people-focused HR practices that align with company values. You possess excellent communication skills and can effectively collaborate with senior leadership and departmental managers to navigate complex HR issues. You have a proven track record of fostering a culture of accountability and high performance within teams.

You have experience managing a team of administrative staff, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while supporting site-level coordination. You are adept at aligning talent development and succession planning with long-term strategic goals, and you thrive in environments where you can act as a trusted advisor to leadership. You understand the importance of transparent communication and are skilled at bridging the gap between leadership and employees.

Desirable

Experience in a technology-driven environment is a plus, as is familiarity with HR software and tools that enhance HR operations. You are proactive in seeking out opportunities for improvement and are comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving workplace.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and manage all HR activities across InterSystems' French offices, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
