What you'll do

As the Director of Global Sales Enablement, you will drive the strategy and prioritization of Reddit's global sales enablement programs. You will lead the development of training resources that enhance the effectiveness of the sales organization. You will work closely with sales leaders to identify training needs and develop programs that address those needs effectively.
