What you'll do

In this role, you will coordinate with various internal teams, including Legal, Sales, Engineering, Product, and Operations, to resolve billing discrepancies and ensure a seamless experience for users. You will act as a critical liaison, investigating complex billing issues and identifying scalable solutions through data analysis. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders will be essential in managing expectations and delivering results.

You will be responsible for analyzing fee structures and ensuring accurate fee application across Stripe's user base — your insights will help improve billing accuracy and fee transparency.
