What you'll do

In this role, you will own a portion of the recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to conducting interviews and making offers. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies that attract top talent. You will also be responsible for maintaining a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, ensuring that candidates are informed and engaged.
