As a recent graduate, you are eager to step into a leadership role and take on the responsibility of managing a team. You understand the importance of safety and quality in operations, and you are ready to ensure that your team meets these standards. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are excited about the opportunity to lead and develop your team members. In this role, you will participate in an 11-week onboarding program designed to prepare you for your responsibilities as a shift manager. After your training, you will take charge of your own team, ensuring that they deliver goods to customers on time and in excellent condition. You will be responsible for maintaining compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards, and you will develop actionable recommendations for process improvements based on key performance indicators such as safety, productivity, and quality. You will lead and train a team of up to 100 employees, planning and managing internal processes to optimize workflow and resource allocation. Additionally, you will collaborate with various departments to enhance customer satisfaction and participate in broader projects aimed at improving operational efficiency.
