In this role, you will participate in an 11-week onboarding program designed to prepare you for your responsibilities as a shift manager. You will be responsible for maintaining compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards, and you will develop actionable recommendations for process improvements based on key performance indicators such as safety, productivity, and quality. You will lead and train a team of up to 100 employees, planning and managing internal processes to optimize workflow and resource allocation. Additionally, you will collaborate with various departments to enhance customer satisfaction and participate in broader projects aimed at improving operational efficiency.
