Curri is seeking a Senior Talent Partner, Go-to-Market to lead recruiting efforts across revenue-generating teams. You'll collaborate with executive leaders to enhance hiring processes. This role requires extensive experience in in-house recruiting.
You are an experienced in-house recruiter with a strong background in talent acquisition, particularly within go-to-market teams. With over 5 years of experience, you thrive in high-growth environments and have a proven track record of scaling recruiting efforts effectively. You possess excellent communication skills and can build strong relationships with executive leaders and hiring managers. Your strategic mindset allows you to design and operationalize hiring processes that attract top-tier talent. You are passionate about shaping talent strategies and ensuring a strong hiring foundation for the organization.
Experience in recruiting for sales, account management, and revenue operations roles is a plus. Familiarity with high-growth startup environments and a deep understanding of the go-to-market landscape will set you apart. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on quality hiring.
In this role, you will own and scale recruiting across Curri's revenue-generating teams, which include Sales, Account Management, and Revenue Operations. You will lead end-to-end recruiting processes, from sourcing candidates to closing offers, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Collaborating closely with executive leaders, you will design and improve Curri's go-to-market hiring processes, ensuring they align with the company's growth objectives. You will play a critical role in shaping the talent strategy, focusing on attracting and retaining top-tier talent that aligns with Curri's mission and values. Your hands-on approach will involve actively sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and providing feedback to hiring teams. You will also analyze recruiting metrics to continuously improve the effectiveness of hiring strategies and processes.
