Smartsheet is hiring a Senior Product Manager for Identity & Authentication to own the execution roadmap for core features like Single Sign-On and multi-factor authentication. This role requires strong collaboration with engineering and security teams to ensure a secure user experience.
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in areas related to identity and authentication. You possess a deep understanding of user lifecycle management and have successfully led projects involving Single Sign-On (SSO) and multi-factor authentication (MFA). Your technical background allows you to engage effectively with engineering and security teams, ensuring that solutions meet stringent security requirements. You are customer-obsessed and passionate about creating friction-free user experiences, understanding the complexities involved in managing enterprise user access. You thrive in collaborative environments and are skilled at aligning cross-functional teams towards a common vision. You are a strategic thinker who can contribute to the long-term vision for identity and authentication capabilities, ensuring that they align with customer needs and market trends.
In this role, you will own the execution roadmap for all core features related to how enterprise users access and manage their Smartsheet accounts. You will lead initiatives around Single Sign-On, user provisioning, and multi-factor authentication, ensuring that these features are secure, compliant, and user-friendly. You will collaborate closely with engineering, UX, and security teams to deliver highly reliable solutions that integrate seamlessly with major identity providers. Your responsibilities will include defining product requirements, conducting user research, and prioritizing features based on customer feedback and market analysis. You will also be responsible for tracking key performance metrics to measure the success of your initiatives and iterating on them based on data-driven insights. You will act as a key leader in Identity and Access Management (IAM), influencing product strategy and execution across the organization.
