Who you are

You are at least eighteen years of age and possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. You have basic computer skills and are comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. You understand the importance of safety and demonstrate courteous and defensive driving principles while operating vehicles. You are reliable and can follow instructions from supervisors effectively.

Desirable

Experience in a similar role or familiarity with vehicle operations is a plus, but not mandatory. A positive attitude and willingness to assist customers and co-workers will help you thrive in this position.

What you'll do

As a Lot Driver at Carvana, you will be responsible for safely moving, staging, and parking vehicles in the correct lot areas to support the flow of vehicles for car auctions. You will drive vehicles to and from designated areas, ensuring compliance with auction driving rules and the rules of the road. On sale days, you will drive assigned vehicles through auction lanes, verifying VINs against transportation requests. You will also assist in maintaining vehicle readiness by inflating tires, jump-starting vehicles, and filling gas tanks when necessary. Your role will involve performing walk-arounds on each vehicle prior to moving them and noting any damage.
