You have 3+ years of experience in vendor management or a related field, demonstrating a strong ability to drive business growth and enhance customer experiences. Your analytical skills are top-notch, allowing you to dive deep into business performance metrics and industry trends. You excel in managing key vendor relationships and have a proven track record of owning P&L for major categories. You are a strategic thinker who can translate data into actionable insights, making high-impact decisions that align with customer needs. Your collaborative nature enables you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Supply Chain, Finance, Advertising, Marketing, and Account Management. You are also committed to mentoring and developing team members, fostering a culture of high performance and innovation.
Experience in the retail or e-commerce sector is a plus, as is familiarity with the Lawn and Garden category. You have a knack for complex negotiations and can identify growth opportunities while finding creative ways to reduce costs. Your ability to define and prioritize initiatives that delight customers sets you apart.
