Job Description

Who you are

You have a solid background in human resources, ideally with experience as an HR Business Partner. You understand the intricacies of employee relations and performance management, and you are skilled at supporting people managers and employees at all levels. Your ability to handle grievances and provide timely resolutions is key to fostering a positive work environment. You are proactive in leading change initiatives and ensuring smooth transitions within the business. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively with HR teams and business unit leaders to develop innovative employee engagement programs that enhance employee satisfaction.

Experience in data analytics or working in a tech-focused environment would be beneficial. Familiarity with visual communication strategies and the ability to translate complex HR policies into digestible content is a plus. You are comfortable conducting employee connections such as focus groups and town halls, and you have a knack for delivering engaging policy debriefs and orientations.

What you'll do

In this role, you will act as the single point of contact for all HR-related matters within your designated business unit. You will support people managers and employees in their growth and development, ensuring that performance assessments and development frameworks are implemented successfully. Your responsibilities will include managing employee communications and grievances, providing guidance to leadership on employee-related aspects, and helping to cultivate a high-performance culture. You will lead various employee connection initiatives, such as one-on-ones and focus groups, to gather feedback and insights that drive engagement.
