What you'll do

In this role, you will ensure day-to-day operational excellence within the deliverability function, focusing on the development of individual contributors. You will serve as the primary people manager, guiding your team in executing deliverability services that align with the broader objectives of the Professional Services organization. You will conduct formal performance reviews and collaborate closely with the Global Head to support team capabilities necessary for scaling. Your responsibilities will include coaching team members, providing performance feedback, and developing career paths that empower individuals to reach their full potential. You will also be responsible for maintaining high standards of service delivery and ensuring that your team is equipped to meet the evolving needs of the business.
