You'll work on building and scaling core infrastructure for personalized messaging. This role requires experience in product management and a strong understanding of communication tools.
You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally with a focus on communication platforms. You understand the importance of delivering consistent and personalized messaging across various channels and have a proven track record of managing complex projects. Your analytical mindset allows you to drive data-informed decisions, ensuring that the products you manage meet user needs effectively. You are a strong collaborator, capable of working with engineering, marketing, and supply teams to achieve common goals. You are passionate about enhancing user experiences and have a keen interest in localization and multilingual communication strategies.
Experience with translation management systems or customer data models would be a plus. Familiarity with messaging channels such as email, SMS, and push notifications will help you excel in this role. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing priorities while maintaining a focus on delivering high-quality results.
As a Senior Product Manager at GetYourGuide, you will lead the Localization and Communications Platform Team, responsible for building and scaling the infrastructure that supports personalized communication. You will design and standardize messaging templates to ensure that our Customer Value Proposition is consistently delivered across all channels. Your role will involve orchestrating messaging strategies based on customer journey contexts, ensuring that communications are relevant and timely. You will also be tasked with integrating and continuously improving our Translation Management System, enabling high-quality multilingual communication. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will drive the development of tools that empower our engineering, marketing, and supply teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
