Prefect is seeking a Staff Product Engineer to join their remote-first team focused on building resilient workflow platforms. You'll work with Python and collaborate closely with leadership and customers to deliver impactful software solutions.
You have a strong background in software engineering, particularly with Python, and are experienced in building resilient systems that support mission-critical workloads. As a Staff Product Engineer at Prefect, you will join a small, senior engineering group dedicated to shipping end-to-end product slices that enhance the user experience of our workflow platforms. You will take ownership of the entire product lifecycle, from creating quick wireframes and demos to developing production services that are reliable and user-friendly. Your role will involve close collaboration with the CEO, VP of Product, and other product engineers to translate field signals into working software rapidly.
