Overview

Meta is hiring a Compliance Engineer to work on design for compliance and certification efforts for Data Center NPI Hardware. You'll ensure that cutting-edge technologies meet compliance requirements throughout their lifecycle. This role requires expertise in compliance engineering and a strong understanding of hardware systems.

Who you are

You have a solid background in compliance engineering, particularly in the context of hardware systems. Your experience includes working on compliance and certification efforts, ensuring that products meet all necessary regulations and standards throughout their lifecycle. You are detail-oriented and possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to navigate complex compliance requirements effectively.

You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy being part of a core team that drives compliance deliverables. Your ability to communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including design and engineering, is essential for success in this role. You are proactive in identifying compliance challenges and developing solutions that align with both business objectives and regulatory requirements.

Desirable

Experience with Data Center technologies, including AI servers and liquid cooling systems, is a plus. Familiarity with industry standards and regulations related to hardware compliance will enhance your effectiveness in this role. You are eager to learn about new technologies and how they impact compliance processes, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement.

What you'll do

As a Compliance Engineer at Meta, you will play a crucial role in the design and implementation of compliance strategies for new hardware products. You will work closely with engineering teams to ensure that all Data Center NPI Hardware meets compliance requirements from the initial design phase through to certification.
