Would you like to be part of a team that is redefining the IT industry? Amazon Web Services is leading the next paradigm shift in computing and is looking for world class candidates to help shape and deliver our partner programs within our AWS Partner Network.

AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector.

AWS SMGS Partners include the largest consulting partners, systems integrators, MSPs, technology partners, ISVs, and distributors that are using AWS as their cloud delivery platform.

We are growing our WW Partner Program Specialist team supporting programs such as APN Customer Engagements, which is responsible for advancing the co-selling relationship between AWS sales and APN Partners; the AWS Solution Provider Program (SPP) which helps Partners to resell and deliver AWS Services to end customers as part of your unique offerings; the AWS Competency Program which validates and promotes AWS Partners with demonstrated AWS technical expertise and proven customer success Differentiation; and many others.

You will be joining the Partner Program Specialist team to support our foundational and growing Partner programs, aligning our AWS partners with the AWS teams to delight our customers in co-sell engagements. You will be working cross-functionally with WW APN Partners and AWS teams around the world.


Key job responsibilities

• Document and communicate program management process
• Build strong partnerships across internal stakeholders to drive roadmap and program evolution
• Support for questions related to partner programs
• Resolve conflict related to opportunity management
• Provide AWS management with analytics and metrics-based reporting
• Review and validate partner opportunity submissions

• Experience in Excel
• Experience in basic programming tools
• Fluency in English an Korean


• Professional experience in program management role and analytical skills required
• Proven track record in execution, continuous improvement and delivering results
• Organizational skills and attention-to-detail with the ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast -paced work environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and strong presentation skills and the ability to articulate concepts to cross functional audiences
