Tanium is seeking a Sales Operations & Strategy Analyst to support their Global Sales organization in executing go-to-market strategies. This role requires strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate effectively with sales leaders.
You have a strong background in sales operations and strategy, with a proven ability to analyze and improve go-to-market strategies. You are an excellent communicator, capable of building strong relationships with sales leaders and operations teammates. Your analytical mindset allows you to dive deep into data and models while keeping the big picture in mind. You thrive in ambiguous situations and have the initiative to propose innovative solutions. You are detail-oriented and can manage multiple tasks effectively, ensuring that operational activities align with strategic goals.
Experience in a technology company or a fast-paced environment is a plus. Familiarity with sales forecasting and quota assignments will help you excel in this role. You are comfortable using data analysis tools and have a knack for translating complex data into actionable insights. A background in strategic planning or resource allocation will be beneficial as you assist in shaping the sales strategy.
In this role, you will serve as a strategic and analytical business partner to the Global Sales Operations leadership. You will collaborate with sales leaders to analyze go-to-market strategies, resource allocation, and performance metrics. Your responsibilities will include assisting in strategic planning efforts for global sales, which encompass plan modeling, quota assignments, and segmentation. You will lead the operational cadence of key sales activities, including forecasting and performance analysis. Your insights will drive growth, scalability, and efficiency within the salesforce, making a significant impact on the organization.
