You are a strategic thinker who can align people analytics with business growth and workforce planning. You thrive in collaborative environments and are skilled at partnering with various departments, including People Operations, Finance, and Engineering, to deliver scalable analytics solutions. You are committed to fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.

Desirable

Experience with predictive modeling and advanced analytics techniques would be a plus, as would familiarity with tools and technologies that support data governance and reporting.
