Verifone is seeking a Key Account Manager to drive growth by managing a diverse portfolio of clients and actively hunting for new business opportunities. This role requires strong relationship management skills and a focus on customer satisfaction.

You have a proven track record in account management, ideally with experience in the electronic payment technology industry. Your ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients is key — you understand their needs and work diligently to meet them. You are results-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment, always looking for new opportunities to grow your portfolio. You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to effectively engage with clients and internal teams alike. You are comfortable with prospecting and have a hunter mentality, dedicating significant time to finding new business opportunities. You are adaptable and can navigate the complexities of managing diverse client needs across various sectors.

Desirable

Experience in the payments industry or a related field would be a plus. Familiarity with sales strategies and techniques that drive client engagement and satisfaction is highly desirable. A background in working with enterprise clients or retail sectors can set you apart. You are also encouraged to bring innovative ideas to the table, contributing to the overall success of the team and the company.

What you'll do

As a Key Account Manager at Verifone, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of clients, including enterprise and retail sectors, as well as online merchants. You will actively seek out new business opportunities, dedicating at least 50% of your time to prospecting. Your role will involve understanding client needs and delivering tailored solutions that enhance their payment processes. You will collaborate closely with the sales director and other team members to develop strategies that drive growth and improve customer satisfaction. You will also be expected to track and report on your sales activities, ensuring that you meet or exceed your targets. Building strong relationships with clients will be essential, as you will serve as their primary point of contact and advocate within Verifone.
