About the Role:
Join Amazon Shipping in building the next $100B initiative as we revolutionize the future of logistics! We're seeking an exceptional leader to drive our supply-side planning strategy within our rapidly growing shipping network. This is your opportunity to shape how Amazon leverages its world-class logistics capabilities to serve both internal and external customers.

This role sits at the intersection of our enterprise accounts, Relay Operations Center (ROC), and ATS Scheduling teams, where you'll orchestrate the complex dance of capacity planning, resource procurement, and network optimization. You'll be instrumental in building programs that will help drive efficiency and optimal support for our largest customers - working directly with supply chain leaders, executives, and COOs.

Key job responsibilities
Primary Focus Areas:

Lead strategic capacity planning and procurement initiatives across multiple regions
Partner with enterprise account teams to translate volume forecasts into actionable capacity plans
Collaborate with ROC teams to optimize resource allocation and network efficiency
Work closely with ATS Scheduling to ensure seamless execution of daily operations
Develop planning mechanisms that balance customer demand with operational capabilities
Create and implement escalation protocols for peak periods and volume surges
Drive continuous improvement in planning accuracy and resource utilization

Your work will directly influence:

Network capacity optimization across multiple regions
Enterprise customer satisfaction and growth
Operational efficiency and cost management
Cross-functional alignment between commercial and operational teams
Innovation in supply chain planning processes
- 7+ years of working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams experience
- 7+ years of program or project management experience
- 7+ years of managing, analyzing and communicating results to senior leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization
- Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements- Experience delivering projects within scope, time, budget and quality

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,500/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
