Eleks is seeking a Mid-Level .NET Developer to join their team in Berlin. You'll work on biotechnology projects, utilizing your skills in .NET Core, C#, and ASP.NET. This hybrid role requires on-site presence three times a week.
You have a solid background in software development with a focus on .NET technologies — your experience includes building and maintaining applications that are robust and scalable. You are proficient in C# and have hands-on experience with .NET Core and ASP.NET, which you have used to develop web applications and services. You understand the importance of clean code and are familiar with best practices in software development, including version control and testing methodologies. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions. You are adaptable and open to learning new technologies as needed, especially in the rapidly evolving field of biotechnology.
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS would be a plus, as would familiarity with database technologies like SQL Server or PostgreSQL. If you have worked in the biotechnology sector or have an interest in life sciences, that would be beneficial for this role.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining applications that support our client's biotechnology initiatives. You will collaborate with other developers, product managers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Your day-to-day tasks will include writing clean, maintainable code, conducting code reviews, and participating in agile ceremonies. You will also be involved in troubleshooting and debugging issues that arise in production environments, ensuring that applications run smoothly and efficiently. As part of a hybrid team, you will work on-site in Berlin three times a week, allowing for effective collaboration and communication with your colleagues.
Eleks provides a supportive work environment where you can grow your skills and advance your career. We offer competitive compensation and benefits, including flexible working arrangements. You will have the opportunity to work on meaningful projects that have a real impact on the biotechnology field. Our team values innovation and encourages you to bring your ideas to the table. We believe in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development, ensuring that you have the resources you need to succeed in your role.
