AppsFlyer is seeking a Growth Account Manager to drive business growth in Japan by managing existing SMB clients and acquiring new customers. You'll leverage data-driven marketing strategies and tools to enhance client relationships and business impact.
You have a proven track record in account management, ideally with 3-5 years of experience in a sales or growth role within the tech industry — you understand the nuances of managing client relationships and driving business growth. Your ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart, allowing you to act as a trusted advisor to clients. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform your strategies and decisions, ensuring that you provide value to your clients. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals. You are passionate about marketing technology and understand how it can transform businesses.
Experience with marketing analytics tools such as Google Analytics or similar platforms is a plus — you can interpret data to tell compelling stories that influence customer strategy. Familiarity with the Japanese market and culture will help you navigate client relationships more effectively. A background in mobile app marketing or experience working with app developers will give you an edge in understanding your clients' needs.
In this role, you will own the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closing deals with both existing and new SMB customers. You will develop and implement account plans that align with customer objectives and growth strategies, ensuring that you meet their needs effectively. You will drive value-based selling using the MEDDPICC framework and Challenger Sales methodology, which will help you articulate the unique value proposition of AppsFlyer's solutions. Your role will involve using data and insights to tell compelling stories that influence customer strategy and demonstrate the business impact of AppsFlyer's measurement solutions. You will also be responsible for evangelizing AppsFlyer as the Measurement Authority in Japan, driving adoption and market education among potential clients.
