Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in managing technical teams, ideally with experience in operations related to automated driving or advanced driver assistance systems. Your leadership style is hands-on, and you excel at coaching team members to achieve high standards in bug hygiene and triage accuracy. You understand the importance of cross-functional collaboration and can effectively prioritize issues to ensure the stability of the mainline. Your analytical skills enable you to perform root cause analysis and drive continuous improvement in processes and metrics.

Your experience includes setting standards for operational excellence and refining processes to increase throughput and reliability. You are passionate about innovation and are motivated by the challenge of enhancing mobility solutions for society.

Desirable

Experience in the automotive industry or with mobility technologies is a plus. Familiarity with software development processes and tools will help you succeed in this role. You may also have a background in data analysis or engineering, which will support your ability to drive actionable insights from on-road signals and incidents.

What you'll do

As the Triage Manager, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Core Triage team, ensuring that the team meets triage service level agreements (SLAs) and maintains a high quality bar. You will be responsible for managing a team of approximately seven Core Triagers, providing guidance and support as they review on-road disengagements and events. Your role will involve collaborating closely with Release Operations and Vehicle Operations to ensure that the right issues are prioritized and addressed in a timely manner.

You will take ownership of bug hygiene and triage accuracy, setting clear standards for root causing and driving cross-functional prioritization. Your leadership will be crucial in refining processes, metrics, and dashboards in partnership with tooling engineers to enhance the efficiency of the triage pipeline. You will also play a key role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging innovative solutions and best practices.
