What you'll do

As the Head of Internal Communications at Brex, you will lead the development and execution of communication strategies that promote the company's vision, values, and culture. You will work closely with the CEO, CPO, and President to ensure that all employees are informed and engaged with the company's direction and initiatives.

You will oversee the creation of internal communication materials, including newsletters, announcements, and presentations, ensuring that they are clear, engaging, and aligned with Brex's brand voice. Your role will involve crafting messages that resonate with employees at all levels, helping them understand how their work contributes to the company's success.
