Senior Technical Project Manager

Who you are

You have a proven track record as a Senior Technical Project Manager, with at least 5 years of experience in managing complex projects in a technical environment. Your ability to foster collaboration and build relationships is key to your success, as you understand the importance of teamwork in achieving project goals. You are well-versed in utilizing data and technology to drive project outcomes, and you have experience working with AI/ML and database technologies such as PostgreSQL and Databricks. You are adaptable and open to discussing hybrid working arrangements to meet the needs of your team and the organization.

Desirable

Experience in a creative agency or similar environment is a plus, as is familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. You are comfortable navigating the challenges of managing diverse teams and projects, and you have a strong understanding of how to leverage individual strengths to achieve collective success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead technical projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed throughout the process. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to deliver high-quality results that meet client expectations. Your responsibilities will include defining project scopes, setting timelines, and managing resources effectively to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. You will also be responsible for identifying potential risks and developing mitigation strategies to address them proactively.

You will facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates and gathering feedback from team members and stakeholders. Your strong communication skills will be essential in keeping everyone informed and engaged, fostering a collaborative environment where ideas can flourish. You will also play a key role in mentoring junior team members, sharing your expertise and helping them grow in their roles.
